DI Insights™ is part of the Domain Intelligence™ suite of tools, a product of CobraSphere. This platform is designed to provide AI-powered structured data validation and research insights.

As an experimental tool, DI Insights™ collects limited data to improve functionality, monitor system health, and enhance user experience. This policy outlines what data is collected, how it is used, and the security measures in place.

1. Data we collect

DI Insights™ collects the following types of data:

Personal Information (via Feedback Form)

  • Name & Email Address: Used to respond to your feedback and inquiries.
  • Message Content: Includes any details you provide when submitting feedback.

Browser & Device Information

  • Browser Type & Version: Helps identify compatibility issues.
  • Operating System: Ensures optimal performance across different devices.
  • Screen Resolution & User Agent: Used for debugging and UI improvements.

Website Analytics & Interaction Data

  • Page Views & Navigation Paths: Helps us understand how users interact with DI Insights.
  • Referrer URL & Entry Points: Provides insight into where traffic originates.
  • Error Logs & Performance Metrics: Assists in detecting and resolving issues.

This data is processed and analysed internally using our AI-driven Inbound Lead Agent to optimise structured data validation and research methodologies.

2. Cookies & Third-Party Services

DI Insights™ does not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. However, we utilise internal analytics and logging to improve the platform. Some external API requests (e.g., schema validation) may involve third-party services, but no personally identifiable data is stored or shared.

3. How we use your data

The data we collect is used to:

  • Enhance structured data validation and analysis features.
  • Improve system performance and detect technical issues.
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries submitted via the Feedback form.
  • Develop future iterations of DI Insights™ based on real-world usage patterns.

6. HubSpot & External Services

DI Insights™ is not connected to CobraSphere's CRM for lead tracking or data collection. Instead, all inbound interactions are processed by our AI-driven Inbound Lead Agent (IBLAgent). However, since CobraSphere uses HubSpot at the root domain level of this site, HubSpot may automatically drop tracking cookies that extend to subdomains, including this app. These cookies are managed by HubSpot and may track session data or prior interactions with CobraSphere services.

These cookies are managed solely by HubSpot and may track session data, user interactions, or marketing preferences based on prior visits to CobraSphere’s main website or related services. DI Insights™ does not actively use or process any data from these cookies.
